    1. Discounted shipping fees

    • Free shipping storewide: Enjoy free local delivery on single orders with a discounted amount of HK$800 or above.

    • For general orders: If the order amount is less than HK$800, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer upon pickup in the form of **"SF Express collect on delivery"** (the actual shipping fee is subject to the final charge of SF Express).

    2. Common Delivery Methods

    We primarily use SF Express to ensure stable and reliable logistics, and offer the following pickup options:

    • SF Express Station/SF Express Smart Locker Self-pickup

    • Self-pickup at SF Express branch

    • SF Express door-to-door delivery

    3. Delivery time

    • For in-stock products: After payment is confirmed, we will usually process and ship the goods within 1-2 business days .

    • Pre-ordered products: Orders will be shipped in the order they are placed, based on the official release date and actual delivery schedule.

    4. Professional packaging protection

    The perfect condition of the card case is crucial for players. HKdeals promises:

    • All original boxes (Booster Boxes) are tightly wrapped with thick bubble wrap before shipping.

    • Use sturdy outer cardboard boxes and add cushioning padding to minimize the risk of corner damage or crushing during transportation.

    5. Logistics tracking

    After the goods are shipped, the system will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can check the status of your shipment in real time.
