    This website (hkdeals.com.hk) is operated by HK deals . On this website, we offer the sale of TCG trading cards and toy merchandise. By using this website and/or purchasing products, you agree to all the following terms and conditions.

    2. Product Price and Supply

    • Price Fluctuations: You understand and agree that the market price of TCG products (such as Pokémon and One Piece original boxes) fluctuates frequently. The product price is based on the amount at the time of your checkout. After placing an order and completing payment, even if the market price rises or falls, our company will not request a refund for the price difference, nor will it accept any refund or price difference requests based on this reason.

    • Inventory restrictions: All products are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of failure to deliver due to system errors, logistical delays, or supplier stock shortages, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

    3. Delivery Terms

    • Free shipping offer: Enjoy free local shipping on single orders of HK$800 or more (limited to areas covered by SF Express). Orders below this amount will be charged shipping fees via SF Express collect on delivery.

    • Delivery time: In-stock products are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Packaging Protection: We understand the collectible value of the card cases and will use cushioning materials to enhance protection during shipping. However, minor damage may occur during transportation. If this does not affect the contents (such as the cards themselves), returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

    4. Return and Exchange Policy (Important)

    • Non-refundable/non-exchangeable: Due to the special nature of TCG products (involving randomly selected ingredients and anti-counterfeiting seals), once sold and shipped, all original box, set and single card products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason other than sending the wrong item.

    • Anti-tampering statement: To protect the rights of both parties, please record the entire process of unpacking the shipping box . The recording must fully show the condition of the outer box and the unpacking process; otherwise, if any items are missing or incorrectly shipped, our company reserves the right to refuse to handle the matter.

    5. Guarantee of Integrity

    Our company strictly adheres to industry ethics and guarantees that all Booster Boxes sold are in their original factory-sealed condition . We insist on transparent and fair business practices to ensure that every customer can enjoy the unboxing experience in the most impartial environment.

    6. Disclaimer

    • Randomness of contents: The contents of the cards included in the product (such as the proportion of foil cards and the rate of rarity cards included) are entirely determined by the original manufacturer. As a retailer, our company is not responsible for the results of opening the box or the value of the cards.

    • Manufacturing defects: Our company is not responsible for manufacturing defects such as printing misalignment or minor damage inside the packaging. Please contact the original manufacturer or distributor directly for inquiries.
